Status 10mSpeaker: Zhijing Zhang (TDLI, SJTU)
Today's focus:
[DarkSHINE]:
- Fitted the simulated 176Lu charge spectra for three LYSO crystal sizes and compared them with the experimental charge spectra.

- Used the simulated charge-energy relationship to convert the experimental charge spectra from Q(mV·ns) to reconstructed energy spectra(KeV).
But the current calibration is simulation-based and will be further validated using known-energy calibration sources.
[STCF]:
- Worked alongside Zhiyu on the Csl scintillation decay time measurements.
- Learned the experimental procedures and data analysis methods.
Plans:
[DarkSHINE]:
- Follow Zhiyu to perform temperature tests and compare the charge-to-energy calibration coefficients at different temperatures.
- Compare the calibration coefficients obtained from intrinsic LYSO radioactivity with those obtained using external radioactive sources.
- Fitted the simulated 176Lu charge spectra for three LYSO crystal sizes and compared them with the experimental charge spectra.

[STCF EMC CsI test]:
- Test and analysis with Zhijing Zhang
- Measured the scintillation decay time of CsI unit using different filters. The sample tested with a short-pass filter exhibited faster light emission, which explains our previous approach of using a short-pass filter to improve the time resolution.
[CEPC ECAL]:
- Previously, we proposed using the existing ECAL geometry to implement a dual-readout scheme. Our simulations have shown promising results, but we have been unable to obtain reliable test results because the laboratory does not have a high-energy particle source. We are designing a SiPM array readout board to improve light-collection efficiency and detect the Cherenkov light signal. The circuit design is still in progress
[DarkSHINE ECAL prototype]:
- I’m still updating the prototype mechanical structure. Discuss electronics status tomorrow.

DarkSHINE
- Finished the truth-level analysis for the Fermionic dark matter models.
- Obtained preliminary results, including the exclusion-limit plots.
Next steps:
- Implement the signal process in the DarkSHINE simulation framework.
- Perform a cutflow to select the signal region, assuming the same background as in the dark photon model.
- Obtain the exclusion limit at the detector level.
ATLAS HGTD
- Took a wafer test shift last weekend.
- Will take another shift next weekend.
- Preparing a poster for the CLHCP conference.
