Description

Abstract:

Although there is no doubt that the dark matter exists in the universe, we still do not know the nature of the dark matter. The dark matter is expected to have a crucial role to probe physics beyond the standard model. In this talk, I will describe recent topics on the dark matter physics.

Biography:

Ryosuke Sato obtained his PhD from the University of Tokyo in 2013. He did postdocs at KEK (High Energy Research Accelerator Organization) (2013-2015) and Weizmann Institute of Science (2015-2018). From 2018, He is a postdoctoral fellow at Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (DESY). His research interest is in physics beyond the Standard Model and cosmology.
