Abstract:
Detection of the neutrino floor is just around the corner. In this talk I will talk about source code of "New Definition of the Neutrino Floor for Direct Dark Matter Searches" which proposed a new definition of the neutrino floor free from assumptions of experimental exposure and energy threshold. I will first introduce the theory of the neutrino floor, then explain the source code. Finally I will talk about some other related thoughts.
Biography:
Yu-Pan Zeng received his Ph. D degree in theoretical physics from Sun Yat-sen University in 2021, and he is working at Guangdong Ocean University (GDOU) as a lecturer. His research focuses on model building and phenomenology study of Dark Matter. His interests also include physics beyond the Standard Model.
