Registration fee for faculties
- 2900 RMB (around 400 USD) before Oct. 19
- 4000 RMB (around 550 USD) between Oct. 20 and Nov.10
Registration fee for students
- 2175 RMB (around 300 USD) before Oct. 19
- 3200 RMB (around 450 USD) between Oct. 20 and Nov.10
-- Only participants who have settled the registration fee will be eligible for oral presentations (except for those explicitly granted fee waivers by the organizers).
-- Once the number of registered (paid) participants reaches 500, registration will be closed.
Refund Policy:
If your attendance plans are canceled, please inform us promptly. The refund process may take some time, so we kindly ask for your patience.
Before November 20th - Full refund available.
Before December 1st - 60% refund of the full amount available.
After December 1st - No refund
