Description

Abstract

Dark matter search and studies of neutrino properties have been the most important scientific topics on new physics beyond the standard model of particle physics. This talk will give an introduction to CDEX collaboration including its motivation, detector R&D, physical results at CJPL Phase-I. Based on the larger underground space at CJPL Phase-II, CDEX are pushing forward the next generation experiment based on germanium detector array to directly detect light dark matter and search the possible rare processes of neutrinoless double beta decay of Ge-76 isotope. The recent status and prospectsof CDEX will also be introduced in this talk.
