Abstract

^{I will provide a brief pedagogical overview of our current knowledge on the phases of the strong-interaction matter,obtained using lattice QCD computations.}

Biography

Dr. Mukherjee obtained his Ph.D in theoretical physics from Tata Institute, India in 2007. After spending a couple years

in Bielefeld University, Germany as a postdoctoral fellow, he joined Brookhaven National Laboratory in 2009, where presently

he is a tenured scientist.
