Abstract

In this talk, he will give a brief introduction about the development of Laser based ARPES systems. Then he will show some results on the electronic structure of iron based superconductors: Anisotropic gap and additional symmetry breaking in bulk FeSe, the spectroscopic evidences of Mott like insulating parent phase and 83K superconducting pairing in single layer FeSe/SrTiO3 film.

Research Interests
Angle-Resolved Photoemission Study on Novel Superconductors and Other Quantum Materials.
1. Development of various types of VUV laser-based angle-resolved photoemission systems;
2. Study of the electronic structure on the high temperature cuprate superconductors, iron-based superconductors, and other quantum materials.

 

Up to now, He has published more than 80 papers in SCI including Nat. Mater., Nat. Comm., PNAS, PRX, cited more than 3200 times by others.  In 2015, based on the research of DUV photoelectron spectroscopy and related high temperature superconductivity mechanism, He won the second prize of National Natural Science Award (sorted third). In 2019, he got the Outstanding Youth Fund support from NSFC
