Description
Abstract

I will discuss a working progress on understanding small effects associated to unitarity of black hole evolution process using wormhole geometries. Based on collaboration with Douglas Stanford and Shunyu Yao.

Biography
Zhenbin Yang is currently a Postdoc at Stanford University working on the connection between quantum gravity and quantum information.
Zhenbin received his PhD under the supervise of Professor Juan Maldacena from Princeton University in 2019.
Some of his works include building the connection between SYK model and JT gravity, the study of traversable wormhole and its relation with quantum teleportation, and the use of wormholes to study the black hole information paradox.
