nd superconductivity remains a central puzzle in iron-based superconductor
 s. In this talk\, I will present a comprehensive study of the spin dynamic
s and pairing symmetry in detwinned FeSe1-xSx\, enabled by novel uniaxial
strain devices and Cryogenic Digital Image Correlation (CDIC). Using inela
stic neutron and x-ray scattering\, we mapped the twin-free spin excitatio
 n spectrum\, revealing that highly anisotropic\, C2-symmetric stripe spin
excitations persist up to ~200 meV. These dispersive high-energy excitatio
ns strongly suggest a local-moment\, spin-driven origin for the nematicity
. Furthermore\, tracking these correlations across the nematic quantum cri
tical point (NQCP) reveals that high-energy nematic spin fluctuations perv
ade the entire phase diagram. Finally\, strain-tuning Tc reveals a sign re
versal in the quadratic coefficient b across the NQCP\, indicating pairing
symmetry evolves from s-wave in pure FeSe to a mixed s+d state at higher
 doping. References:1.T. Chen\, X. Lu\, P. Dai et al\, Nat. Mater. 18\, 70
