DESCRIPTION:New directions EXploring the Unknown beyond the Standard Model
(NEXUS 2026) is an annual in-person international workshop dedicated to e
xploring the frontiers of physics beyond the Standard Model. Jointly organ
ized by Beihang University\, Nankai University\, Shanghai Jiao Tong Univer
sity\, and the Tsung-Dao Lee Institute (TDLI) and supported by State Key L
aboratory of Dark Matter Physics\, the workshop brings together researcher
s and students to discuss recent developments in theoretical particle phys
ics and cosmology. Topics cover a broad spectrum of particle physics and c
osmology from theory to phenomenology and experiment\, exploring diverse d
irections beyond the Standard Model.\nThis year’s workshop will be held
over four days\, from September 10 to September 13\, 2026\, at the Tsung-D
ao Lee Institute in Shanghai. On-site registration will take place on Sept
ember 9. The workshop provides an excellent opportunity for early-career r
esearchers and graduate students to engage with leading experts in the fie
ld\, present their work\, and foster new collaborations. All talks will be
given in person\, and attendees are encouraged to participate to benefit
from the dynamic and interactive format.\nPlease note that travel expenses
