DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Tomohiro Inada (Kyushu University)\n\nAbstract:FASER
\, the ForwArd Search ExpeRiment\, is located 480 m downstream of the ATLA
S interaction point and exploits the intense forward particle flux to turn
the LHC forward region into a new laboratory for neutrinos and new physic
 s. FASER studies TeV-energy neutrinos\, the highest-energy neutrinos ever
observed from a human-made source—and searches for light\, feebly inter
acting new particles. The energy and flavor spectra of these neutrinos als
o trace forward pion\, kaon\, and charm production\, providing sensitivity
  to low-x QCD. Moreover\, a 13.6 TeV proton–proton collision corresponds
  to a cosmic-ray proton of roughly 100 PeV striking a stationary proton\,
allowing FASER measurements to constrain atmospheric-neutrino predictions\
, particularly the prompt component from charm decays. Since the start of
LHC Run 3 in July 2022\, FASER has recorded 343 fb⁻¹ of collision data
until the end of the run3. This talk will present the detector\, current p
hysics results\, and future prospects.Short bio:Dr. Tomohiro Inada is an A
ssistant Professor at Kyushu University and an experimental physicist work
ing at the interface between particle physics and astrophysics. He studies
fundamental physics through cosmic observations and accelerator experimen
ts. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo in 2020 and subsequ
ently held positions as a Shuimu Tsinghua Scholar at Tsinghua University a
nd an Experimental Physics Research Fellow at CERN. His work has received
national recognition through several early-career awards from both astropa
rticle physics and high-energy physics communities in Japan\, in addition
to Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow Finalist Award at Tsinghua University..
His research uses the forward region of the LHC to study collider neutrin
os and search for weakly interacting new particles. He currently serves as
FASER Tracker Project Leader and a member of the FASER Executive Board\,
contributing to physics analyses\, detector operations\, and future upgrad
