 y the interplay among gas supply\, star formation\, stellar feedback\, che
 mical enrichment\, nuclear activity\, and environment. In this talk\, I wi
 ll present a series of studies on nearby and low-z galaxies that connect s
 patially resolved observations with large spectroscopic surveys.I will fir
 st discuss a nearby impostor of compact broad-line black holes\, emphasizi
 ng the importance of high-resolution observations in distinguishing genuin
 e black hole activity from stellar or star-formation-related contaminants.
  I will then focus on nearby star-forming and interacting galaxies\, inclu
 ding NGC 3239\, NGC 1741\, NGC 7456\, and NGC 5068\, to explore how molecu
 lar gas\, young star clusters\, and massive-star feedback regulate star fo
 rmation across different spatial scales. Finally\, I will present DESI DR1
 -based studies of ultra-diffuse galaxies (UDGs) and starburst galaxies\, w
 hich provide statistical insight into chemical enrichment and intense star
  formation in broader galaxy populations.By combining detailed studies of 
 nearby galaxies with large-sample spectroscopic data\, this talk aims to c
 onnect local physical processes with the global evolution of galaxies.\nBi
 ography：Dr. Yulong Gao (高玉龙) is an Associate Professor and M.Sc. s
 upervisor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy/Research Center of As
 tronomy\, Qinghai University. He received his B.Sc. in physics from Xiamen
  University in 2014 and his Ph.D. in astronomy from USTC in 2020. From 201
 9 to 2020 he was a visiting scholar at the Institute of Astronomy\, Univer
 sity of Tokyo. He was an Associate Research Fellow at the School of Astron
 omy and Space Science\, Nanjing University，from 2021 to 2025. At 2025\, 
 he was selected for the Qinghai Province "Kunlun Talents" Program.His rese
 arch interests focus on galaxy evolution and star formation\, with particu
 lar emphasis on the metal-enrichment process of star-forming galaxies\, st
 ar formation and feedback in dwarf galaxies\, and supermassive black hole 
 feedback in massive galaxies. The studies of nearby metal-poor galaxy merg
 ers help to understand starburst origins and metal enrichment in environme
 nts analogous to the early Universe. He has published 29 publications with
  ~300 citations (h-index 12)\, including 9 first-/corresponding-author pap
 ers in ApJ\, ApJL\, A&A. He has led an NSFC Young Scientists Fund project 
 and participates in an NSFC Major Program and an NSFC Key Program. He is c
 urrently leading the development of astronomy at Qinghai University and se
 rving as the scientific lead for the 2.9-m QUEST telescope project.\n\n \
