ls are constrained energy minima that are not critical points of the Hamil
tonian. They move periodically along symmetry orbits\, with frequencies set
by the Lagrange multipliers enforcing fixed charge values. We construct t
heir quantum counterparts by minimizing the energy over density matrices w
ith fixed spectrum and charge expectations. A symmetry-covariant quantum L
andau--Lifshitz--Gilbert equation can select moving energy minima as perio
dic attractors by damping motion relative to the symmetry orbit. The flow
preserves the spectrum and charge expectations while decreasing the energy
and determining the multipliers dynamically. At the attractor\, the dampi
ng vanishes while the Hamiltonian motion persists. A chiral spin-trimer mo
del motivated by $\\mathrm{Cu}_3$ molecular magnets exhibits this motion t
hrough periodic two-spin correlations\, with vanishing local and total spi
n magnetization and no Zeeman term.\n \nBiography:\nAntti Niemi received
his PhD from MIT in 1983. He then moved to the Institute for Advanced Stud
y in Princeton and in 1985 he became Assistant Professor at the Ohio State
University and Visiting Professor at UC Berkeley. In 1988 he moved to CER
N Theory Division. In 1989 he started as Group Leader at Research Institut
e for Theoretical Physics at Helsinki University\, and in 1990 as the Foun
ding Director of Institute of Particle Physics at Aalto University\; both
are now part of Helsinki Institute of Physics. Since 1992 he has been Chai
red Professor of theoretical physics at Uppsala University\, since 2005 he
has been Directeur de Recherche (DR1) at CNRS\, and since 2017 he has bee
n at Nordita. He has also held several visiting professorships including B
razil\, Canada\, Finland\, Russia and China\, where he advises PhD student
s in Tianjin and Beijing\, and in Shanghai he is a Founding Member of the
Wilczek Quantum Center.\nAntti worked several years on quantum field and s
tring theory. He extended the Parisi-Sourlas supersymmetry\, invented the
parity anomaly\, applied topological techniques to fermion fractionization
\, developed diagrammatic rules for relativistic finite temperature quantu
m field theories and pioneered the use of path integral localization in qu
antum field theory. In a long and extended collaboration with Ludvig Fadde
ev he introduced the concept of knotted solitons\, and field decomposition
techniques in Yang-Mills theories. Subsequently his interests moved to bi
ological physics where he develops geometrical and topological methods wit
h applications to protein folding and dynamics. His present interests incl
ude also time crystals and their potential use from magnetic materials and
cold atom Bose-Einstein condensates to models of molecular motors.\nAntti
coordinates the activities of the research group of Frank Wilczek at Stoc
kholm University\, including the organization of the Quantum Connections s
eries of workshops and summer schools. Antti has received the Outstanding
Junior Investigator grant of DOE\, the Goran Gustafsson Prize of KVA\, and
both the Changjiang and Thousand Talent awards in China. He is a Managing
Editor of Reviews in Mathematical Physics\, a Director of the Brahe Found
ation\, and a foreign member of the Kungliga Vetenskapssocieten in Sweden
 and Finska Vetenskaps-Societen.\n\nhttps://indico-tdli.sjtu.edu.cn/event/5
