Issue : CEPC 240GeV official sample lost

solution : 

1. Use Delphes to reconstruct all background locally, controllable and achievable ( considering that no big difference between fast and full simulation, so that I propose to use Delphes instead , all generator files are existed )

generation files are also partially lost, maybe we can switch to 250GeV or ask Gang to re-produce generation files under 240GeV

2. Use partial sample ( with current cross-section and luminosity ), rescale

Contur

1. adjust the object selection in the run-card within MadGraph to make sure enough events can be produced

2. try to get some contur plots and will discuss with Yoran next week
