Description

Tencent meeting room: https://meeting.tencent.com/dm/NXVVKc7PPZSs

Meeting number: 695-8098-7502

    • 16:00 16:05
      Introduction 5m

      General items.

Speaker: Prof. Kun LIU (TDLI/SPA, SJTU)
    • 16:05 16:15
ATLAS ttWML and ttHML analyses status 10m
Speaker: Nihal BRAHIMI (Tsung-Dao Lee Institute & Shanghai Jiao Tong University)

      ttWML analysis status :

      • Current focus of the team is directed towards having the paper draft ready for the second circulation ASAP.
      • The main outstanding items are: rerunning fits needed to fix discovered bugs in the truth OR and preparation of the inputs for the HEP data release.
      • Data bootstrap replicas, needed for HEP data release, are being prepared. Issues integrating into TRexFitter workflow being followed-up.
      • Collider Cross Talk on ttW is scheduled for July 13th. Aiming to have the paper in arXiv before then.

      ttHML analysis status:

      • A lot of working is ongoing to meet the tight timescale of the analysis and be ready for an EB request by end of June.
      • Several fit setups in the 2lSS channel are being tested by Jialin. Obtained results are being digested and validated. Plan to show these results at the analysis meeting today. Issues with ttZ related systematics need to be followed up.
      • A new round of ttHML production is needed to include proper b-tagging SFs variations (fixed WP) and latest recommendation for JES, electron reconstruction and muon trigger SFs. The code is being prepared but issues encountered with missing electron trigger SFs in AT for Loose_VarRad WP. Currently pinging the top reco experts.
      • The ttHML INT note is being filled with the documented studies from different teams. Material is being reviewed.
    • 16:15 16:25
      ATLAS ttH analysis 10m
      Speaker: Jialin Li
    • 16:25 16:35
ATLAS photon ID efficiency & Zgamma analysis 10m
      Speaker: Kang Liu
    • 16:35 16:45
      DarkSHINE analysis general 10m
      Speaker: Yufeng Wang (TDLI)

      Analysis automation:

      • added signal sample list matching.
      • limit computation: cross check with Xiang's visble decay code.

      Dark Axion Portal signal:

      • check reco-level distribution.
      • (a 4 GeV bias always exists for signal production?)
      • dummy signal efficiency & limit on axion-dark photon coupling.
      • 1e6 and above production: moving to baseline 1.6.
    • 16:45 16:55
      DarkSHINE tracker study 10m
      Speaker: Junhua Zhang
    • 16:55 17:05
      Silicon strip sensor 10m
Speakers: Hanqing Liu, Jialin Li, Junhua Zhang, Kang Liu, Yufeng Wang (TDLI)
    • 17:05 17:25
      Undergraduate students projects 20m
Speakers: DIAN YU (School of Physics and Astronomy, Shanghai Jiaotong University), Lin Yang (TDLI)
    • 17:25 17:30
      Non-academic items 5m
