      1 Tracker I-V Test:

      上周4完成了Darkshine tracker编号为C4的pixel 区域的I-V测试曲线。

      从数据来看,这次的电流相比B4 23年以及C4 22年的数据都整体偏低,<25 V和B4/C4之前的数据基本一样,25-115 V电流明显偏低,>115 V示数异常,电流陡增。雪崩电压相较以往偏早的原因,大概率是高电压读数时间隔时间太长,更近一步的原因是电流示数不稳定。

      从接地线效果来看,低电压(<20 V)下的电流示数要比未接地之前稳定一些。但随着电压增大,还是存在一个明显的问题是:测试过程中读数最大波动差不多仍是~0.1 nA,和之前未接地的情况差不多,比在闵行测试的(~0.01 nA)大。且电流变动幅度不是固定的,会随着电压增大而增加,变动位数基本都在示数的第2位。个人初步猜测导致这种现象的原因是无油空压机运行带来的地面震动使针头发生抖动,因为关闭无油空压机摄像头的画面的抖动基本消失了。
