More scalings from cosmic strings

Abstract: 

Violations of constant scalings in the string polulation and axion spectrum of a cosmic string network have been intriguing observations in recent numerical lattice simulation and they have a dramatic impact on the axion mass.  We find a new scaling violation in the string power spectrum itself during the evolution. To connect to the aforementioned scaling violation in the axion spectrum, we provide the semi-analytic relation between spectra of strings and axions.
