Description
Abstract
Before the formal talk, I would like to introduce briefly the Beijing Tandem Accelerator National Laboratory (BTANL) and the fundamental research on nuclear physics at China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE).
In the main talk, some recent researches in the nuclear reaction group (NRG) will be presented, including the following 4 topics: 1) heavy-ion reactions at near-barrier energies, mainly on the reaction mechanisms of fusion as well as fission, 2) reactions with exotic nuclei, mainly on the optical potential of exotic nuclear systems as well as mechanism of radioactive ion beam (RIB) induced reactions, 3) exotic decays and exotic structures, mainly on the study of two-proton emissions as well as beta-delayed proton/two-proton decays, 4) research and development of detection technology and ethod. For each topic, a very-brief introduction will be given first, and then the experiment procedures followed by results, and finally the discussions.
