Motivated by rapid experimental progresses on precise measurements of dynamics in the strongly-correlated systems, along with recent important theory developments in exact or asymptotically exact understandings of the quantum magnetic systems, we feel that it would be highly beneficial to host an event in 2019 for vigorous researchers of the field to discuss their recent scientific findings on the dynamics of quantum magnetism investigated via cutting-edge experimental techniques or analytical/exact theoretical approaches. A very significant fraction of the program will be devoted to discussions, collaborations, and more intimate connections to bridge experiment and theory.
