Abstract:
In the first part of this talk, I will overview the recent progress from JAM on extraction of helicity gluon PDFs. By leveraging existing experimental data and lattice data, the sign of the gluon helicity distribution is examined. Furthermore, I will present the recent updates on neutral hadron FFs from the NPC collaboration. In the second part, I will discuss transverse momentum dependent (TMD) observables that hold potential for use in global QCD analysis.
Biography:
Yiyu Zhou earned his PhD from the College of William & Mary, specializing in global QCD analysis. During his first postdoc, he worked on jet substructure calculations at South China Normal University and UCLA. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Turin, focusing on TMD observables in global QCD analyses.
