Abstract:
In this talk, we introduce the so-called Higgsless scheme, a novel approach to simulating gravitational wave production from fluid dynamics during a cosmological first-order phase transition. This scheme essentially integrates out microphysics by utilizing the hierarchy in the system, enabling efficient fluid simulations. We then present the results of gravitational wave production in setups motivated by various particle physics scenarios, such as defect-driven transitions, free streaming particles, density perturbations, and so on.
