• From email received on May 18:“A Year in ATLAS” - June 2026Dear Early Career Scientists, We are happy to announce the next iteration of “A Year in ATLAS,” taking place at CERN and on Zoom on Monday, June 29th! This event is primarily targeted toward ATLAS members who already finished/are about to finish their authorship qualification project, though anyone is more than welcome!
  The event will feature several explanatory talks (such as ATLAS organization structure) and a panel discussion on making your way in the collaboration. We’ve also taken recent feedback into consideration and have adjusted the agenda accordingly. Please join!

Today's focus: 

[ssWW]:

• Presented the EWK status report last Friday. 
• Presented the WZ_CR m_jj reweighting results yesterday (Tuesday) during the group meeting. [Next TBD after the actual presentation at 9pm]

[Hyy*]:

• AC presented new n-tuple formalism on Monday. Files are still on the grid at the moment, so I worked locally with some of them:
  • About my tasks (fake template)
  • I have also been asked to check the cutflow between the old and new files

[ZZy]:

• Latest results and plot written in a powerpoint, to summarize the efforts made during the past days/weeks.

Plans: 

• [ssWW]: Change direction, and focus on dim-8 EFT from now on.
• [Hyy*]: New n-tuples should be ready soon. I will run my updated jobs on them right away.
• [VBS Kappa_Lambda]: Start working on this project starting today.
