Tensor network is a thriving subject in modern quantum physics, especially in strongly-correlated many-body systems. Meanwhile, tensor network methods in field theories related with high energy physics have been rapidly developed in the last decade. An interdisciplinary field is formed and many interesting questions are arisen. Collaborations between the condensed matter and lattice gauge theory communities are essential to make progress and may shed light on the path toward quantum computing. This workshop aims to combine both communities to share recent progresses and inspire further collaborations.

In this workshop, we would like to discuss the following topics:

-- Tensor network algorithms, toward challenges on but not limited on

·       High dimension

·       Finite temperature

·       Continuum limit

·       Excitation

-- Applications of tensor networks on

·       Many-body systems

·       Lattice fields

-- Theoretical aspects of tensor networks, connections to

·       Conformal field theory

·       Statistical mechanics

No registration fee for speakers, students, and online participants. RMB 1000/person for other in-person participants, to be paid on site. If you plan to visit TDLI in person, please contact Ms. Jialin Yang (jlyang@sjtu.edu.cn) for help.
