Description

Abstract:

The LHCb experiment is one of the four large particle physics experiments at the LHC, which is dedicated to search for physics beyond the Standard Model indirectly by precision measurements of the heavy flavour hadrons. In this talk, I will present flavour anomalies at LHCb, including recent results on testing lepton universality in the b-hadron decays.

Biography:

Jibo HE is a professor of physics at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS). He received his B.E. from Beihang University in 2002, his PhD from Tsinghua University in 2008. Then he moved to the Laboratoire de l'Accélérateur Linéaire (LAL/Orsay, merged into IJCLab around 2019) as a postdoctoral researcher from 2008 to 2012. He was a CERN fellow from 2013 to 2015.
