Yang Lin, Yu Dian, Junhua and I did the CV test and became familiar with the entire test process. The capacitance test results of DarkSHINE sensor and USTC sensor are both lower than the previous results, about 1 order of magnitude. The specific reasons are still under investigation.
Regarding the problem that the DarkSHINE sensor is easily damaged: In addition to the structure of the sensor, it may be related to the excessive force used to insert the needle. As a result, the dielectric layer is easily damaged and short-circuited. For future testing, especially for DarkSHINE's sensor, the probe just needs to be in contact.
