Registration fee for faculty and postdoctoral researchers ：
4000 CNY (around 580 USD/4590HKD)
Registration fee for students ：
3000 CNY (around 430 USD/3450HKD)
Note: The registration fee covers reception, lunches, coffee breaks, conference banquet, tours and excursions. Accommodation is not included.
Accompanying persons can register for 2000 CNY, which is half of the registration fee for faculty and postdoctoral researchers. This fee covers participation in the tours, excursions, and conference banquet.
Invoices will be issued after the conference ends. This policy helps us avoid administrative complications in case of cancellations or refund requests. We will send you the invoice promptly after the event.
Only participants who have settled the registration fee will be eligible for oral presentations (except for those explicitly granted fee waivers by the organizers).
