Information for speakers
All plenary talks are scheduled for 25 minutes of presentation time, with 5 minutes allocated for questions. Please ensure you leave time for a lively Q&A session after your talk. Speakers in parallel sessions should check the time allotted for their presentation and reserve a similar amount of time for questions, as in the plenary sessions.
Please ensure that your presentation slides are uploaded the day before your session. Everyone should be able to upload their slides to Indico, but if there are any issues, please contact us.
Please note that we may plan to record these talks for archival purposes and to release them after the conference. If you would prefer not to be recorded, please let us know.
Information for poster presenters
Format: A0 (W x H = 841mm x 1189mm), portrait orientation.
File type: Posters must be uploaded to the Indico page as PDFs by Aug 24 morning (Shanghai time). The organizing committee will provide printing services for all posters uploaded by this deadline. Please note that we cannot accommodate on-site printing requests for late submissions.
The poster session will be held in the Quest for Infinity Hall on the first floor. Designated judges will review your posters during that time. Posters can remain on the boards until Saturday (Sept 5).
