- Regular registration is closed because the conference has reached its full capacity.
- November 1, 2025: Registration Waitlist submission deadline
- November 5, 2025: Final oral program announced
- November 7, 2025: Registration waitlist notification.
Note: Unless otherwise informed by the organizers, only those participants who have paid the registration fee by November 1 will appear in the oral program.
