Important Notice:
- We have not appointed any travel agency to book hotels for participants.
- You can book your hotel through our reservation link to enjoy the conference rate. Please complete your booking by November 7, 2025, to ensure availability. Please note that hotel rooms with our negotiated conference rates are limited; therefore, we strongly advise booking as early as possible to secure this preferential rate.
