Key Dates:
September 15: Early registration (reduced fee) deadline
October 10: Abstract submission deadline (talks/posters)
October 20: Oral talk speakers notified, tenative oral program announced.
November 1: Regular registration fee payment deadline
November 5: Final oral program announced
December 6 (afternoon/evening): Arrival, registration, informal dinner reception
December 7-11: Conference program. The meeting will end in the afternoon of Dec.11. Lunch (included in teh registration fee) will be served in the venue hotel everyday.
December 9 (Wednesday) evening, there will be TDLI reception and conference banquet (included in the registration fee).
Registration fee:
