The poster session will be held together with the dinner buffet. We hope to provide a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can enjoy dinner and physics while socializing.
The preferred size of the poster is A0 format (841 x 1189 mm2).
We encourage the submission of poster contributions and set the following incentives:

The number of awards will depend on the number of submitted poster contributions - Free Poster Print Service
Attach your poster as a pdf to your contribution (once accepted and scheduled) on the indico page or email it to the workshop secretary Ms. Ding (dingmengan@sjtu.edu.cn) by the 9th of April and we will print them out and place your poster for you free of charge
We hope for many poster submissions and especially encourage students to participate in MIP2023 and present their work with a poster.
本研讨会将设置张贴报告与自助餐环节，我们邀请您推荐您的博士后/博士研究生积极报名参加此次研讨会。会务组将统一打印海报，请在最晚4月9日把poster的pdf文件提交到indico，或者通过邮件发给研讨会秘书丁老师 (dingmengan@sjtu.edu.cn)。此次研讨会将会选出若干优秀海报并给予相应的奖励。
