Registration fee for faculties/postdocs
- Early Bird (by Sep 20): 3,000 RMB (~420 USD / ~360 EUR / ~310 GBP)
- Regular (Sep 21 - Nov 1): 4,000 RMB (~560 USD / ~475 EUR / ~410 GBP)
Registration fee for students
- Early Bird (by Sep 20): 2,200 RMB (~310 USD / ~260 EUR / ~230 GBP)
- Regular (Sep 21 - Nov 1): 3,000 RMB (~420 USD / ~360 EUR / ~310 GBP)
Kindly note that your registration will only be confirmed upon successful payment (unless you have received an explicit waiver from the organizing committee).
You will receive a confirmation email after your registration is manually approved by the organizers and you have already registered on the Indico website system.
Refund Policy:
If your attendance plans are canceled, please inform us promptly. Processing refunds may take time—we appreciate your patience.
Full refund: If canceled before November 8
Partial refund (60%): If canceled November 9 - December 1
No refund: After December 1
