Timeline of the meeting:
Sept. 1-10: Registration opens (including abstract submission)
Information on registration fee payment, hotel reservation and visa will also be available.
The registration fee will be about 2900RMB（around $400）, which covers coffee/refreshment during the meeting, reception, banquet, and related social activities.
Each participant will be responsible for his/her own hotel reservation (except those who have been explicitly promised hotel support by the organizers).
All participants (including invited speakers) MUST register.
Oct. 19: Registration deadline with regular fee 2900RMB (Around $400). Abstract deadline for oral talks.
Beyond this date, the registration fee will increase to 4000RMB (around $550). Only abstracts submitted before this date will be considered for oral talks.
Note: Only those who have paid the registration fee will be considered for oral talks (except those who have been explicitly granted fee waiver by the organizers).
Nov.10: Final registration (with increased fee) and abstract submission (for
posters) deadline. Registration will be closed today.
The meeting venue can accommodate only 500 people. When the number of the registered participants reaches 500, the registration will close.
Dec. 10: Late afternoon and evening: Registration and informal reception (light dinner)
Dec. 11 - 15: Science program
The science program will last 4.5 days, starting on Monday morning and ending in the early afternoon of Friday. There will be a visit/reception at the TDLI campus in the Pudong district on Wednesday late afternoon, and a banquet on Wednesday evening.
The schedule for each day (except Wednesday and Friday) will be
8:40-10:20am: Plenary session (two talks).
10:20-10:50: Coffee Break
10:50 am -12:30 pm: Planetary session (two talks) or parallel sessions (depending on the day)
12:30 pm -1:40 pm: Lunch break
1:40 pm - 3:20 pm: Parallel sessions
3:20 pm - 3:50 pm: Coffee break
3:50 pm - 5:30 pm: Parallel sessions
End of meeting on Friday afternoon.
